According to PWInsider, Mysterio will make an appearance at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on April 27 but it is not yet known if he will compete as he is dealing with a torn bicep.
The Master of the 619’s appearance will be a one-of for now as he is still discussing a new WWE contract.
According to Give Me Sport, the publisher and editor of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Dave Meltzer claims the three-time world champion has not agreed to terms for a new contract yet but negotiations are still ongoing.
It does however seem very possible that the ex-WWE Champion will sign a new deal and will officially rejoin the roster later this year.
Mysterio made a shock return three months ago at the Royal Rumble in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The ex-World Heavyweight Champion seemed to be in excellent shape and got the fans begging WWE management to re-sign him.
The former Intercontinental Champion made a name for himself during his time in ECW and WCW.
The 5ft 6in star wowed fans around the world with his high-flying offence and toughness as he managed to have stunning matches with wrestlers twice his size.
He had some unforgettable battles with the likes of Eddie Guerrero, Chris Jericho, CM Punk and many more.
The high-flier also made a name for himself in the Cruiserweight division and paved the way for many future stars.
